A cook-along series that turned a pantry brand into a weekly habit.
Kola & Co. had strong seasonal sales and almost no weekday relevance. Their existing creator work was one-off product placement that produced a spike and then nothing.
The brief was to build repeat purchase, which meant building repeat behaviour.
Rather than book a set of individual posts, we built a named recurring format with one creator and committed to it for six months.
The format had to be Amara's, not the brand's — a cook-along using what is already in the cupboard, with Kola & Co. products as ingredients rather than as the subject.
Twelve episodes across short and long form, shot in batches of three to protect the creator's schedule.
Each episode led with the dish and mentioned the brand once, in the place a real cook would mention it. Paid amplification ran behind the four strongest episodes only, decided on performance rather than in advance.

The series established a weekday viewing habit that the brand did not previously have, and gave the client a library of owned assets that continued to run after the campaign ended.
The format has since been renewed for a second run.
“They turned down two of our ideas before they agreed to the third. That is the reason we kept working with them.”
